Printpack, Inc. Relocates Headquarters to Vinings

The 3-year process was a joint development between Lavista Associates, Inc. and Cousins Properties, Inc. Both parties served Printpack throughout the endeavor, from analyzing needs and site selection to design, construction, and move-in of the new build-to-suit property. In addition, Lavista Associates, Inc. continues to respresent Printpack in the sale of their previous facilities on Fulton Industrial Boulevard.

Printpack, Inc. is one of the largest flexible and specialty rigid packaging converters in the United States, with over $1 Billion in annual sales. Founded in Atlanta in 1956, Printpack is known for leading its industry in both products and service for its customers.

Don Perry of Lavista Associates, Inc., worked in conjunction with Larry Gellerstedt of Cousins Property on this joint development for Printpack, Inc.
