100% Lease Up of Conyers Logistics Center

Lavista Associates, Inc. is pleased to announce that the 201,403 SF Conyers Logistics Center at 2107 East View Parkway is 100% leased. Constructed in 2006 by Stonehenge Development Company, and located less than 2 miles from Interstate 20, the Conyers Logistics Center proved to be ideally suited to the warehousing and distribution arms of two major manufacturing companies.

Cellofoam North America, Inc., with its corporate headquarters already located in Conyers, was the project’s first committment, taking 91,200 SF of space. Panolam, a division of Pioneer Plastics Corporation, signed a deal soon after for the remaining 110,203 SF. Both companies made 10-year commitments to maintain their presence in the Conyers/Rockdale County industrial submarket.

Bobby Mayson of Lavista Associates, Inc. represented the Owner in the Panolam transaction, and both the Owner and the Tenant in the Cellofoam deal.
