Lavista Associates, Inc. is pleased to announce that The Forum on Peachtree Parkway-Phase II at 5185 Peachtree Parkway in Norcross is 100% leased. Constructed in 2006 by Thomas Enterprises Inc. and located adjacent to the popular Forum retail center, The Forum on Peachtree Parkway-Phase II has proved to be ideally suited to the office requirements of Northeast Atlanta’s most discerning tenants.

This 93,612 square foot mixed-use building includes one floor of retail space and two floors of professional office space. Office tenants include Triad Advisors, Inc., Nuveen Investments, Peachtree Five, ForeSite Group, and Caldwell & Orkin.  These companies made long-term commitments to maintain their presence in the Peachtree Corners office submarket.

Tom Davenport of Lavista Associates, Inc. represented the Landlord in each of the transactions and acknowledges the assistance of The Forum Development Group.
