Lavista Associates, Inc. is pleased to announce the leasing of 100,952 SF of warehouse/distribution space at Rockdale Logistics Center to the Liquid Products Division of Golden State Foods.

Founded in 1947, Golden State Foods is one of the largest diversified suppliers to the foodservice industry, servicing more than 20,000 restaurants on three continents.  GSF’s Liquid Products division sets the standard for creating and manufacturing quality products worldwide. Producing more than 17 million cases (about 400 million pounds) of liquid products annually, GSF excels in quality, food safety, assured supply, innovative R&D and exceptional customer responsiveness.

Rockdale Logistics Center, located at 1475 GA Highway 138 in Conyers, Georgia, contains a total of 445,000 SF of warehouse/distribution space on 25 acres.  With abundant loading capacity and close proximity to I-20, GSF’s new space proved an ideal location to serve their distribution needs for years to come.
