Heather Lamb Awarded Young REALTOR of the Year Award
At the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtor's (ACBR) 2010 Annual Business Meeting held on Friday, December 10, 2010, Heather Lamb was awarded the Young REALTOR of the Year award and the ACBR's Member of the Month award for December. The Young Realtor of the Year award is given annually by the Young Council of Realtors (YCR) Awards Committee and is approved by the ACBR's Board of Directors. The award is given to brokers who display spirit, are actively involved in the Young Council of Realtors and have high integrity.
Heather Lamb was awarded the Young REALTOR of the Year award for her outstanding commitment to the ACBR and her Director position on the YCR's Advisory Board during the 2010 calendar year. Her primary service during the year included Chairman of the Annual YCR Bus Tour. The Bus Tour, held in November highlighted the West Midtown submarket and gave YCR members an opportunity to earn 3 hours of free continuing education credit.

Heather was recognized in front of 300-plus of the industry's most reputable professionals at the InterContinental Hotel in Buckhead.
Heather Lamb, a graduate of Georgia Institute of Technology, has worked as a Licensed Office Broker at Lavista since 2006 closing over 600,000 sf in real estate transactions valued at over $40M. Heather has been a member of ACBR's Million Dollar Club since 2007 and is actively involved with the Advisory Board of the Young Council of Realtors (YCR) as well as Chairman of the Membership Committee for the Atlanta chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW).
