Lavista Leases 45K SF at Satellite Place to NCR
Lavista Associates, Inc. is pleased to announce the leasing of 45,347 square feet of Class A office space at Satellite Place 800 to NCR Corporation. As part of the relocation of NCR’s corporate headquarters from Dayton, Ohio to Duluth announced earlier this year, this additional square footage brings the total space leased at Satellite Place to 165,347 square feet. NCR signed a lease in the third quarter of 2009 for 120,000 square feet in Satellite Place 700. Between both buildings, this additional space will allow NCR to add an additional 1,200 employees to the Gwinnett Place Community Improvement District, reflecting the area's strategic location and strong amenity base.
NCR, a global leader in assisted and self-service solutions, including automated teller machines and retail point-of-sale technology, will soon occupy 45,347 square feet on the 2nd and 3rd floors of Building 800. With this move, NCR will take their place among other national and international tenants at Satellite Place including AT&T, Glaxo SmithKline and Liberty Mutual.
Satellite Place is a 117-acre office development located on Satellite Boulevard across from Gwinnett Place Mall. Built sequentially from 1998 through 2002, the project consists of (6) six-story top-of-class mid-rise buildings and (6) single-story office buildings.
