Lavista Brokers Sale of 89,000 SF Neighborhood Shopping Center
Lavista Associates, Inc. is pleased to announce the sale of the retail property known as Five Forks Village in Lawrenceville, Georgia. This two-building, 89,064 SF former Winn Dixie anchored retail center was built in 1990 and was 86.8% vacant at the time of the sale.
Located at 840 & 850 Dogwood Road, near its intersection with Five Forks Trickum Road, Five Forks Village consists of 19 tenant suites with a 46,328 SF anchor space and a vacant 12,000 SF CVS. It was owned as a joint venture between DDR and Prudential Insurance Company of America.
