Lavista's Property Management Division Continues to Add New Clients
Lavista Associates, Inc. is pleased to announce the addition of four new property management assignments to it’s growing portfolio - Breckinridge Exchange, Rubicon in Windward 100/200, Rubicon in The Meadows and The Village at River Green.
Located in the heart of the Breckinridge Business District adjacent to Gwinnett Place Mall, Breckinridge Exchange is comprised of four office / flex buildings totaling over 143,000 SF.
Rubicon in Windward and Rubicon in The Meadows total over 170,000 SF and are located east of Georgia 400 off Windward Parkway and McFarland Road, respectively. These classically designed office / warehouse buildings offer North Atlanta’s finest small-bay environment.
The Village at River Green is prominently located on Peachtree Industrial Boulevard at River Green Parkway in Duluth and offers excellent visibility and access to its tenants.
