Lavista Associates, Inc. is pleased to announce the sale of a 77,300 SF specialty retail/service facility at 4336 Cornelia Highway (GA Highway 365) in Lula, Georgia.  Formerly Country Living Expo, the facility will soon be home its new owner, Daniel’s Charters, as well as the company’s escorted tour operations, Daniel’s Discovery Tours.

This unique facility, situated on 14.34 acres and fronting GA Highway 365, was well-suited to the needs of the growing motorcoach operation.  With the increased exposure offered by their new location, the opportunity for future expansion and the existing service/garage areas to accommodate the maintenance of their fleet of 19 motorcoaches, the facility stands to serve their operational and logistical needs for years to come.

Since it’s establishment in 1998, Daniel’s Charters has received many accolades, including the ‘2006 United Motorcoach Association’s Vision Award’ and their most recent designation as ‘2008 Motorcoach Operator of the Year.’  Owner, Jimmy Cantrell, is a past President of the Georgia Motorcoach Association and currently serves on the Board of Directors.
