Lavista Leases Industrial Facility to International Flooring Company
Lavista Associates, Inc. is pleased to announce the leasing of a 60,000 SF free-standing industrial building located at 2000 Sarasota Parkway to Amtico International, Inc.
For over four decades Amtico International has designed, engineered and manufactured the most innovative resilient flooring products in the world. Today they manufacture some of the best-known flooring brands in the UK residential market and boast a long list of commercial customers in North America, Europe, the Middle East and the Far East.
Located in Conyers, Georgia, 2000 Sarasota Parkway contains 54,000 SF of air-conditioned warehouse space, 6,000 SF of office space and is located on 5.00 acres in Sarasota Business Park. This new facility, in conjunction with Amtico’s manufacturing operations in neighboring Madison, will serve as a customizing and finishing facility while supplementing their growing warehousing and distribution needs.
