Lavista Associates, Inc. is pleased to announce the sale of 225 Scientific Drive in Norcross, Georgia.  This single-story office building located in Technology Park/Atlanta contains 39,550  square feet of space and was completely renovated in 2005.  The property is fully leased to Think Resources, Inc., a staffing service company that specializes in placement for the engineering, information technologies and telecommunications fields.

The property was sold to 225 Scientific, LLC, a Tampa Bay area investor for $3,570,000 and represents this investor’s second office acquisition in the Peachtree Corners submarket.  Given the current investment sales environment, the disposition proved particularly attractive to the Seller.
