Leasing Underway for Unique Mixed-Use Development

Lavista Associates, Inc. is pleased to announce its newest leasing assignment, Corner Market at Almand Creek, a unique mixed-use development featuring both high-end office and specialty retail space, in Conyers, Georgia.  Corner Market is the first of its kind in the I-20 East/Conyers submarket, providing a distinct setting for both office and retail users alike.  The newly constructed project extends across 6.7 acres and offers 15,655 square feet of Class A office space and 56,575 square feet of versatile retail space, creating a unique neighborhood marketplace.

The project’s design is thought to resemble projects such as The Forum in Norcross and Vinings Jubilee in Atlanta, and features distinct architectural styles for each of the 10 buildings on the site.  Keith Gartin, Corner Market’s Landscape Architect and Development Manager, states, “Unlike the megabox retail centers found everywhere, Corner Market will be unique to Conyers...a hometown neighborhood shopping, dining and professional center.”

Pierce Mayson of Lavista Associates, Inc. will represent the leasing of the office space and Fred Victor of Lavista Associates, Inc. will be conducting the leasing of the retail space for the project.
